The Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo is not an escape from life, rather it aims to bring the highest consciousness into manifestation on earth for the progressive perfection of humanity. We hope to grow and develop as a location where the Integral Yoga is studied and practised in its purity and depth.
If you feel that you are interested in meditation, study and service based on Sri Aurobindo and The Mother's inner guidance, you are welcome to consider a visit to our community to explore this lifestyle. You might begin by emailing us with a few words about yourself. The rules that apply are the same as those of the Sri Aurobindo Ashram in Pondicherry : members meditate regularly, study and practice the Master's teaching, and live a spiritual lifestyle.
